Draft of LM-3A Series Launch Vehicle User's Manual Issue 2011 Released for Public Comments

Beijing , 15 December 2010 The draft of LM-3A Series Launch Vehicle User's Manual Issue 2011 is now available online for public comment. The previous three independent manuals (Issue 1999) of LM-3A, LM-3B and LM-3C are now incorporated into this one manual.
